Writing

As you may have noticed, my blog is very visual, that is: I have not much written lately (neither has Shakespeare, as the old joke goes..) Images should speak for themselves. However, some explanation might be welcome for the occasional visitor.

My images can be placed in three categories, traditional photography, altered reality and abstract. Some, more or less, were made on a rainy sunday afternoon, others were more carefully planned.

Sometimes I envy people who have a distinct style or concept. This makes your work more recognizable and helps to  become more or less known in the world of photography and art. On the other hand, why restrict yourself to certain styles, concepts, techniques, and why not just making images you like, given the vast opportunities Photoshop, Bryce, etc. etc  gives you. For me a dilemma.
